we have been using it for 3 months now. It s easy to carry and use. Very plug and play. I would recommend the first set of breads to be at 2 (for soft toast) and nearly 3 (for hard toast) Bring it down 1-2 notches for the next set to reproduce the same effect for the next set. After you are done, switch off and tap it down and remove the bread crumbs tray and dispose the remnants. I really don't see the cons for this product. The delivery was both prompt as well the packaging was good.
